We want you to be completely happy with your OffCentre purchase.
Return Eligibility
If your not completely satisfied with your order or need a different size we accept returns for store credit or exchange within 30 days of delivery if:
- Items are unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
- Tags and packaging are intact
- No stains, makeup, or scent is present
Refunds are only offered if the item is faulty or we sent the wrong product.
How to Start a Return
Email us at sales@offcentreclothing.com with your order number and reason for return. We’ll guide you through the next steps.
Exchanges
Need a different size or design? We offer easy exchanges through store credit. Once your return is received, you'll be able to place a new order. Note: We are unable to offer exchanges on Pre-Ordered items.
Faulty or Incorrect Items
Received the wrong item or something faulty? Contact us within 14 days of delivery and we’ll make it right. We cover shipping for any errors on our end.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
