Pre-Order Cancellation Policy

At Off Centre Clothing, we appreciate your support and enthusiasm for our limited-run, exclusive pre-order items. Please review our cancellation policy before placing a pre-order:

1. Pre-Order Commitment

When placing a pre-order, you are reserving an item that is not yet in stock but will be produced and shipped at a later date. Payment is taken upfront to secure your item.

2. Cancellation Window

You may cancel your pre-order within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund.
To cancel, email us at sales@offcentreclothing.com with your order number and "Cancel Pre-Order" in the subject line.

3. After 24 Hours

After the initial 24-hour window, all pre-orders are final and non-refundable. This is due to the made-to-order nature of our products, which helps reduce waste and ensure sustainability.

4. Production Delays

In the rare case of significant production or shipping delays (over 30 days from the estimated ship date), we will notify you via email and offer the option to cancel your order for a full refund.

5. Order Changes

We cannot accommodate size or item changes after the pre-order has been placed. Please double-check your order details before confirming your purchase.
